iPaaS Platform & Integration Engineer

In this role, your immediate purpose will be to drive change requests and development within the integration landscape while providing proactive systems monitoring and support. On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct system monitoring and health checks to ensure optimal performance of integration platforms and workflows. You will manage end-to-end incidents, triaging, diagnosing, and resolving issues with clear communication to stakeholders throughout the process. Additionally, you will support problem management by analyzing recurring issues, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes. You will deliver high-quality change requests, ensuring smooth releases into production while contributing to change management processes, conducting impact assessments, and regression testing. Balancing support and development workloads as well as participating in structured weekly handover sessions will be part of your responsibilities. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Lead Consultants for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, with a fast-track path to a Senior Consultancy role actively encouraged.
