Senior ServiceNow Developer

- I will work closely with the ITMS Process Architect, our customer personnel, Business Analyst, IT support team, and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around the implementation of the ServiceNow platform are met in a controlled and predictive manner. - I will create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation. - I will gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with third-party applications. - I will provide external client-facing consulting services within a technology-focused practice (e.g., Data/Database, Security, Network, Product, and Technical Architecture). - I am responsible for meeting personal utilization and revenue goals through strong delivery ability and relevant skill sets. - I will communicate in formal presentation settings, including proposal orals, client workshops, and regional internal events; I will also develop proposal sections, methodology work products, and formal written deliverables covering my area(s) of expertise. - I will design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules. - I will demonstrate knowledge of core ITIL processes (CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change). - I have hands-on experience with modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications. - I will support the iterative configuration of the HRSD application and engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions. - I will work with Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies. - I have experience with AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting. - I possess strong process management and project management skills. - I have experience with the BCM module. - I have experience with the TPRM module.
