Requirements
Must:
- Deep knowledge of HRSD and JML processes, system integration, APIs, and relevant platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience in software development and system architecture, with specific certifications in platforms like ServiceNow HRSD.
- Understanding of project management principles to guide development and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess complex business and technical challenges.
- Familiarity with monitoring and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of creating and managing dashboards for data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, including business managers, developers, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation process, guiding development teams and addressing technical challenges.
- Ensure the implemented solution adheres to design principles, meets quality standards, and fulfills business requirements.
- Translate business goals into scalable, effective technical solutions.
- Analyze complex business and technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Lead and guide technical teams while implementing solutions.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective adoption of the solution.
- Collaborate closely with the stakeholder team to identify requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.
Description
I am looking for a JML Solution Architect to design and implement a solution that enhances the management of access rights for our employees and stakeholders securely and efficiently. The Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) process is essential within Identity & Access Management (IAM) to address these challenges. This role encompasses a comprehensive approach to managing user access throughout their lifecycle within our organization. The solution will integrate multiple data sources, automate workflows, and generate valuable insights to inform decision-making and stakeholder engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and the ability to create scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office per week, and the initial assignment duration is six months.
