Must:
We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience working with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) such as Thales Luna, Thales Payshield, or Entrust nShield. You should have a strong understanding of cryptographic infrastructure and a commitment to ensuring security, compliance, and resilience across our global encryption estate.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more HSMs (Thales Luna / Thales Payshield / Entrust nShield). You will implement and support monitoring and alerting solutions, using tools like Splunk and SNMP. Collaboration with infrastructure and security teams will be essential to improving resilience, monitoring, and alerting. You will document solutions, write design and test specifications, and contribute to process improvements. Additionally, you will support cryptographic key management and encryption processes, ensuring that our solutions comply with security frameworks and regulations such as PCI DSS, ISO2700x, GDPR, and NIST.

This role is critical in strengthening our cryptographic infrastructure. You will be part of a specialist team responsible for monitoring, managing, and enhancing HSM observability. By collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams, you will help design and implement secure cryptographic solutions that enhance our organization's security posture.
