Must:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data infrastructure and migration, Power BI deployment and management, and best practice implementation. You should have exceptional attention to detail and be knowledgeable in SQL Server and databases. Awareness of security and access controls and their impact on design requirements is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will gather data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and cloud services. You will clean, transform, and model data using Power Query and DAX, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include designing and building interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI, using data visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively. You will perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, and support business decision-making with actionable insights. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will define KPIs and analytical requirements, manage data access and security using roles and permissions in Power BI Service, and ensure compliance with data governance policies. You will present findings and visualizations to non-technical audiences and provide training or support to end-users on how to interact with reports. Additionally, you will monitor and optimize report performance, stay updated with new Power BI features, and recommend improvements to existing data models, reports, and processes.
