Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Software Developer who has a strong foundation in the following areas:
- Scaled Agile Planning: Experience with Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and managing project increments and iterations to achieve business goals.
- Team Leadership: Ability to mentor, guide, and support team members in their personal and technical growth while providing feedback and development opportunities that enhance team performance and career progression.
- Code & Architecture Oversight: Experience leading code and architecture reviews to maintain high standards and consistency across projects.
- Quality Assurance: A strong sense of ownership of quality output, with experience embedding robust practices for testing, code quality, and system reliability.
Tech Stack:
- Proficient in C# / .NET
- Experienced with Unit Testing & Integration Testing
- Familiar with CI/CD Pipeline Development (Github)
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS Services (IAM, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Experience with REST APIs and Web API
- Familiarity with Angular or React
- Understanding of SpecFlow for Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)
- Experience using Postman for API testing and development
- Knowledge of OpenAPI
- Proficient in MS SQL Server (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Docker
