Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in applications engineering within legal or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of legal applications and generative AI (GenAI) platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra AD, and Windows Server.
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and present new technology.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and client service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of new solutions.
- Manage and support legal and AI applications, including iManage Cloud, Intapp, Litera, BigHand, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
- Develop relationships with high-performing users to understand their roles and provide innovative enhancements to their practice.
- Evaluate emerging legal tech and AI tools, driving automation and efficiency.
- Deliver training and best practice guidance to colleagues and users.
- Contribute to IT strategy, innovation, and documentation.
- Provide support for finance systems and core infrastructure/security platforms.
- Participate in out-of-hours support for emergencies and planned work.
- Be versatile, supporting absent colleagues where needed.
