Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent computer skills, with a strong background in web, database, and management applications. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, is essential. You should have knowledge of eCommerce and CMS systems, along with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to analyze data, manage projects, work autonomously, be result-oriented, and collaborate within a team is vital. A passion for innovation and continuous improvement is highly valued.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in consultancy, particularly digital or software consultancy
- Experience in EDI/ICT integration projects
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP
- Understanding of Ariba Network, Marketplace, or similar eProcurement systems
- Expertise in process analysis
Responsibilities
In this role, I will require you to present and advise on the Hoffmann Group's E-Business systems, including our online shop, marketplace, EDI systems, and electronic catalogs, while highlighting the process benefits for our customers. You'll be interfacing with the specialist departments of our parent company and other partners to manage projects, including international initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders placed through our eBusiness ordering platform are processed successfully, actively addressing any issues that arise. Additionally, you'll prepare bespoke electronic catalogs based on customer specifications, integrate major customers through developing EDI projects, and provide training for both customers and colleagues.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you analyze data and prepare company reports. You will also support the setup and implementation of Inventory Management Systems at customer sites, monitor and analyze customer inventory levels, and make strategic recommendations based on usage. Your contributions will aid in the development and innovation of our department, fostering continuous improvement of processes and solutions. Additionally, you will support the sales force and other technicians involved in project-customer development and conduct demonstrations at showrooms, trade fairs, or for other customers.
