Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years in software development (fullstack; any language, with a preference for Python, Typescript, or Javascript).
- Proven ability to translate requirements and user stories into functional code components and systems.
- Demonstrable experience or a strong interest in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted tools within the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and CTO to own the development of software products using AI advancements.
- Design and refine prompts for code generation, documentation, or testing.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and V0 by Vercel.
- Contribute to SaaS product development, including building and consuming APIs and working with modular or microservices architectures.
- Critically evaluate and iterate on LLM-generated outputs.

Due to recent investments and expansion, our Product and Software Engineering teams are growing, and we are looking for an LLM Prompt Engineer / Developer to join our journey towards a modern, AI-driven development environment. We offer a competitive salary of around £50K, a comprehensive benefits package, and a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) based in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
