Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT Support.
- Experience working within a school, academy, or college is highly desired and advantageous.
- Experience installing, maintaining, and fixing IT equipment, such as servers, software, networks, hardware, and telephony.
- Experience supporting Office 365.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for providing first-class customer-facing service.
Responsibilities
- Visit schools in the Aylesbury area to ensure that IT systems and services are always available for students and staff.
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support, enabling students and staff to perform to the best of their ability.

We are seeking an IT Technician, also known as an IT Support Technician or ICT Technician, to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working in a school who feels that their progression opportunities are limited.
