Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in the Dynamics 365 platform for CRM and/or the Microsoft Power Platform. Ideal candidates have a solid background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – CRM Power Platform including, but not limited to, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You should be skilled in writing specifications, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), designing test cases, and providing application support. A background in a related role such as Developer, Tester, Consultant, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Solutions Analyst, or Application Support is preferred. We value your passion for enhancing your skills and knowledge in these areas.
Responsibilities
In this multi-faceted role, you will focus on our Dynamics CRM (365) platform and any relevant Power Platform use, engaging in a variety of tasks including business analysis, training, testing, and product ownership. You will collaborate with Business Analysts to identify system improvements, perform testing on any changes, and create and document training materials. You will also be tasked with evangelizing the use and improvement of our Dynamics CRM platform within the organization, helping business users get the most out of these tools.
