Requirements
Must:
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following essential skills:
- Experience with the current version of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the HR Service Delivery module and Employee Centre Portal.
- Demonstrable knowledge of platform mechanics and best practices.
- Strong teamwork and self-management skills, along with the ability to coach, collaborate, and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in JavaScript development, both independently and within the ServiceNow framework.
- Knowledge of integration and orchestration, as well as HTML, XML, CSS, and JSON.
- Experience with Self-Service Portals (beyond Catalogue Items).
Desirable skills for this position include:
- Exposure to Agile working methods.
- Experience in configuration/customization of workspaces.
- Skills in configuring Virtual Agents.
