Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with very good knowledge of Java, preferably the recent versions. Hands-on experience with design patterns and programming best practices is essential, as is a mindset of continuous improvement in everything you do. Solid commercial programming experience is required, along with comfort working in a Scrum/Agile team. Candidates should be capable of developing secure and maintainable code and finding innovative solutions to problems.

Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer in Payments, I will be responsible for providing new features and maintaining our existing codebase within the Payments Product Team. The focus will be on building and maintaining payment solutions. I will work on technology initiatives that require the delivery of high quality, secure, and resilient software in a sustainable and predictable way. Key duties include:
- Writing high-quality Java code
- Working collaboratively as part of an Agile team
- Suggesting ideas and participating in technology choices
- Presenting solutions
- Actively contributing to the Agile process (stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) and the overall output of the team
