Mid - Level Salesforce Engineer

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will utilize Salesforce Lighthouse to create scalable and flexible applications that integrate with various third-party systems and services. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create functional and technical designs for scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for integrating Salesforce with external applications, APIs, and databases. Customization tasks will include developing custom Apex classes, triggers, and workflows to adapt Salesforce to our business needs. Performance optimization, ensuring the application performs efficiently at scale with a focus on security and maintainability, is also part of your duties. You will participate in unit testing, peer code reviews, and deployment activities, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues in Salesforce applications and related integrations. Finally, maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation on all Salesforce development activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, QA, Product) to drive timely and successful releases are integral to your role.
