Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proven track record in delivering related projects within a fast-paced business, ideally in medium-sized organizations.
- Familiarity with business process modeling (BPM), mapping as-is and to-be processes, basic SQL, and report writing (Power BI or legacy).
- Experience using Jira, writing test scripts, and training super-users.
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry, ideally within Food, Prepared Food, Fresh Produce, or Flowers.
- Ability to continuously identify and implement improvements while supporting critical ERP and WMS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of ERP, MRP, WMS, or EDI systems.
- Support the entire lifecycle of critical solutions, including discovery, design, build, test, and data management.
- Define and document both the as-is and to-be core business processes to create clear end-to-end business journeys.
- Define, set up, and execute test cases while ensuring applications meet business needs cost-effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management for new features, consult on specifications, and work with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Work alongside a multi-skilled team to deliver business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Description
This position is based in our Huntingdon offices, and it requires 40 hours of work, typically Monday through Friday. As the Business Systems Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our critical systems are effectively supported while we navigate our digital transformation. The goal is to maintain high standards and deliver defect-free software, comprehensive end-user documentation, and effective training for our super-users.
