Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a transition role within the infrastructure or networking space.
- Extensive experience in writing standard operating procedures related to the outsourcing of IT.
- Strong knowledge and troubleshooting experience with 3rd party stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document processes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between technical stakeholders and third-party providers.
- Write standard operating procedures for the transition of infrastructure asset monitoring to a 3rd party NOC.
- Monitor and manage the service levels provided by third-party service providers.
Description
This role is initially for a 6-month period, with the possibility of extension depending on the client's needs. It will be based in Belfast, but we may consider fully remote work for the best-fit candidate based in the UK.
