Requirements
Must:
We ideally seek candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional qualifications such as Cisco networking and/or security certifications (CCNA or CCNP preferred) are highly valued. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in an IT management role with a focus on security, infrastructure, systems administration, and networking. A strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, network security, cloud computing, and data management is essential. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SQL Server, awareness of NIS regulations, and strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are also required.
Responsibilities
As your IT Manager, I will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud solutions. I will ensure that our systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for business needs, while also troubleshooting complex technical issues. I will lead the development and implementation of strategies to improve team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement in the IT department. In terms of cybersecurity and risk management, I will implement security measures to protect our IT systems and data, manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, I will manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, evaluate technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and lead IT-related projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. High-level support for complex IT issues will be part of my responsibilities, along with the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
