Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a dedicated cybersecurity role. You should possess strong knowledge of security principles, tools, and technologies, including SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection. Experience in OT security and industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) is highly desirable. Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, and GDPR is essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must, along with relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security, or GICSP.
Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security threats, responding to incidents, and designing secure architectures that protect our critical assets across global sites. You will conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, develop and maintain security policies and procedures, and deliver security awareness training organization-wide. You will analyze threat intelligence, proactively identify risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified security approach, and support audits to ensure compliance with global standards.
