Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate with hands-on experience with MFP, MFD, and printers from manufacturers like Kyocera, Canon, or Konica Minolta. You should possess basic knowledge of Microsoft networks, including DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP protocols, which we will provide training for. Familiarity with print and document management software such as Equitrac, Papercut, and PCounter is essential, and again, training will be provided.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support by resolving hardware and software faults. You will maintain and administer print and scan solutions to ensure their functionality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include supporting MFP, MFD, and our various printer models, completing service calls efficiently while adhering to response times and KPI targets. You will use proactive troubleshooting tools and procedures to resolve issues on-site or remotely. Additionally, you will return faulty parts and maintain a well-stocked toolkit, including technology devices. Participation in training to keep your knowledge up to date is important, and you will also provide basic support for software products while escalating complex issues to software consultants.

We offer a flexible field-based role where you will visit a maximum of two clients per day in the Basingstoke, Reading, or South London area.
