Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with MFP - MFD - Kyocera, Canon, or Konica Minolta hardware.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft networks, including DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP protocols (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with print and document management software (e.g., Equitrac, Papercut, PCounter) (training will be provided).
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving hardware and software faults.
- Maintain and administer print and scan solutions to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Support MFP - MFD - Kyocera - Canon - Konica Minolta products.
- Complete service calls efficiently while adhering to response times and KPI targets.
- Utilize proactive troubleshooting tools and procedures to resolve issues on-site or remotely.
- Return faulty parts and maintain a well-stocked toolkit, including technology devices.
- Participate in training to keep your knowledge up to date, supporting career progression.
- Provide basic support for software products and escalate complex issues to software consultants.
