Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a proven Lead / Principal Software Developer or a similar senior engineering professional experienced in SaaS, PropTech, or platform-focused environments. You should have a strong working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, Node.js, and REST/GraphQL APIs. Additionally, you should be confident in managing and evolving complex, modular architectures, and familiar with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). A hands-on leadership style with a clear focus on delivery, engineering quality, and team development is essential.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on development role, you will lead a small team of talented software developers. You will own and evolve the technical roadmap of our platform in alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of scalable systems covering frontend, backend, CMS, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You will guide and support a high-performing team across various engineering disciplines, including QA and DevOps, and set and maintain high standards for code quality, system security, testing, and delivery workflows. Additionally, you will identify and implement third-party tools that provide clear technical or commercial value and shape agile delivery processes to improve collaboration across teams.
