Shipping Coordinator

As our Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our Sales & Service Teams. This will involve generating all necessary documentation such as shipping documents, packing lists, and invoices, while processing and coordinating the despatch of goods and incoming returns at our Banbury site. Your duties will include: - Liaising with Internal Sales, Parts, and Service teams to deliver parts and equipment directly to UK customer sites. - Producing packing lists and delivery notes. - Coordinating with forwarders for timely collections and deliveries at the best value. - Creating important documents such as the Certificate of Origin, EUR 1, ATA Carnet, and Letters of Credit while working with the chamber of commerce. - Generating commercial invoices and collaborating with forwarding agents to ensure customs clearance is smooth. - Arranging FCA collections and producing proof of export documentation. - Processing customer orders and tracking them throughout the shipping process, ensuring timely updates on overdue orders for Parts, Sales, and Customers. - Managing general day-to-day administrative duties for Operations and Sales, ensuring up-to-date and accurate customer information in our database. - Liaising with internal departments and external customers to arrange documentation for returns and inspecting items. - Working closely with the Goods In/Out team to manage the return of items and maintain accurate records of all Fortress stock supplied to customers for demonstration, evaluation, or hire purposes.
