Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in field-based roles, specifically in tech project installations. You should be familiar with EPOS technology, structured cabling, IMAC/data cabling, and peripheral tech. A strong administration background and proficiency in using internal systems are essential. You must also possess a solid awareness of health and safety compliance when working on-site and have excellent customer-facing experience. A positive, solutions-focused approach to work is vital, along with a full, clean UK driving license.
Responsibilities
In this exciting field-based role, you will be responsible for delivering on-site customer technology installation projects. This includes EPOS installations, structured cabling, data communications, IMAC work, and some software upgrades. You will ensure that all work is completed in accordance with health and safety standards, keeping both the customer and the Project Delivery team informed of project progress. It will also be your responsibility to report any escalation issues to the relevant helpdesk for back office technical support and to update the Project Manager for smooth communication with the customer. Additional tasks include the returning and packaging of decommissioned equipment to HQ for refurbishment and completing all relevant documentation, including accurate records of stock deployment.
Description
