Must:
We are looking for someone with over 5 years of experience in Power BI, possessing strong SQL and DAX capabilities. A solid understanding of data governance, integration, and best practices in visualization is essential. We value curiosity and critical thinking, especially someone who can influence at all levels. Ideally, you should have experience in retail or technology-driven environments. To be eligible for this role, you must also be able to live and work in the UK without restrictions.
Responsibilities
As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive Power BI dashboards that provide clarity to complex business challenges. You will build and optimize data models and SQL queries for scalability, accuracy, and real-time reporting. Additionally, you will create insightful, customer-facing reports and dashboards that tell compelling stories with data. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our BI solutions align with business and customer goals is an essential part of this role. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in shaping our BI roadmap and ensuring that our data strategy continues to deliver value to our clients.

This position is a full-time, permanent role within a well-established retail tech business that has been providing trusted data-led solutions for many years. We are committed to evolving our BI capability to stay ahead of a fast-changing market. This is a hybrid role, typically requiring 2-3 days in the office near Newport Pagnell, close to J14 of the M1.
