Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter, having shipped polished apps that people love.
- I expect you to have 4-5 years immersed in mobile ecosystems, with a deep familiarity with the landscape.
- You should possess 7+ years of experience solving real-world engineering challenges with confidence and finesse.
- A deep understanding of mobile engineering principles is essential, including expertise in optimization and security.
Responsibilities
- I will count on you to drive the delivery of next-gen mobile solutions, from idea to deployment.
- You will champion robust architecture and continuously raise the bar for clean, scalable code.
- You’ll partner with cross-functional trailblazers across Product, Backend, and QA.
- I want you to guide and inspire your fellow Flutter enthusiasts to push boundaries.
- You will be the voice of engineering in key strategy discussions with senior leadership.
