We are looking for a candidate with expert proficiency in ServiceNow, along with significant experience in architecting solutions within the technology sector. The ideal applicant should be able to translate complex client requirements into actionable solutions. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach are essential. Additionally, we seek someone with strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow. You will provide oversight of Technical Governance across the ServiceNow Platform and deliver solutions while documenting High-Level Design artifacts. Acting as an escalation point for issues and development blockers is a key responsibility, as well as identifying and logging improvement opportunities for the business proactively. You will also contribute to platform health management and engage in the technical triage of major issues as required.
