We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Service Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You should have a deep understanding of enterprise portfolio management, demand management, project management, and resource planning.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will assign you the tasks of designing and developing ServiceNow applications and modules related to SPM. You will be responsible for implementing workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. You will also integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems as required and maintain and enhance existing SPM configurations and functionalities. Technical support and troubleshooting for SPM-related issues will be part of your duties, as well as participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Description
