Requirements
Must:
- Must have a valid DV Clearance
- Proven experience delivering full technical solutions across design and build phases
- Strong knowledge of virtualization, especially VMware vSphere 6.7 and/or 7
- Skilled in ESX performance fault finding and tuning
- Experience with storage platforms, including Veeam, NetApp, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and NFS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and troubleshooting the Microsoft Stack
- MCSE certification or equivalent practical experience
- Experience producing clear, structured, and supportable documentation
- Desirable: Exposure to ISODE messaging products such as MBOX, MSWITCH, MVAULT, and HARRIER Web Client
- Desirable: Knowledge of SQL and database management
- Desirable: Understanding of Network Data Diodes and their implementation
- Desirable: Familiarity with Splunk for monitoring and analysis
Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and support documentation
- Lead technical delivery from design through to build and handover
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across virtualization platforms and Microsoft technologies
- Deliver enhancements and ongoing changes in response to evolving customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with testing and integration teams to ensure solution reliability and scalability
- Provide 4th line support to live services, helping ensure operational stability
- Contribute to mentoring and upskilling the wider support team

You will support the design, testing, integration, and implementation of a wide range of system components, acting as a key interface between architects, project managers, and live service support teams. You will own technical solutions from initial design through to implementation and enhancement phases.
