Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience working with BACS systems and/or payments processing environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation, with exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle stressed users and effectively communicate with banks and internal teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-stakes environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
- Comfortable working within structured monitoring shifts or rotas, including potential out-of-hours support during business-critical periods.
- Experience in monitoring and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a production environment.
- Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Experience with SQL and Oracle database performance basics.
- Previous experience in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
Responsibilities
As a BACS Service Monitoring Analyst at Experis, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting BACS systems and payments processing.
