Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis is essential.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel expertise, including formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, Power Query, Macros, and VBA.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards and reports.
- Proven experience in analytical roles, managing large volumes of data effectively.
- Storytelling ability, simplifying complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of identifying trends, patterns, and key insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Meticulous attention to detail, managing high volumes of information and competing priorities without compromising accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to support the final mile operation.
- Analyze data to drive informed decision-making among stakeholders, ensuring insights are actionable and impactful.
- Develop new reports and data visualizations based on business needs to support performance tracking and improvement.
- Work alongside stakeholders to ensure insights lead to meaningful action plans, monitoring their effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of performance strategies by leveraging data to support successful rollouts across the delivery organization.
