Must:
We are looking for a Junior Applications Support candidate with a background in applications or similar IT fields. Ideally, you will have experience or knowledge in MySQL and be eager to progress your career while taking on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing software application support to our customers. This includes assisting end users with their queries and troubleshooting issues over the phone, as well as supporting the 1st line team. This is an office-based position.
