Requirements

- Desirable: Experience with JavaScript frameworks, DevOps tools, and containerization
Responsibilities
As the Lead PHP Developer, I will lead daily stand-ups and perform in-depth code reviews. I expect to utilize my experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and similar technologies in a hands-on position. My role will involve driving technical standards and mentoring team members to foster collaboration and growth within the team. Initially, I will work on-site during the onboarding period, with the eventual opportunity to transition to a hybrid working model.
Description
I am joining a rapidly growing and award-winning company in Huddersfield, which has doubled in size over the past 18 months and achieved yearly revenues in the tens of millions. The compensation package is between £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an individual training and development budget, flexible working, private healthcare, pension, eye care, referral scheme, enhanced maternity leave, additional leave, and free parking. If I believe I would be a great fit but have different salary expectations, I am encouraged to get in touch for further discussion. The interview process will involve two stages.
