Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience implementing, managing, and supporting ERP systems (Dynamics NAV or Syspro is desirable)
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel VBA, Power Query, and Crystal Reports is desirable
- Knowledge of key business processes covered in ERP, such as finance, sales order processing, and purchasing
- Understanding of SQL Databases
- Project Management experience
Responsibilities
As an ERP Specialist, I will expect you to provide day-to-day system administration tasks on our ERP solutions (Dynamics NAV, Syspro). You will be responsible for defining, delivering, supporting, and implementing future enterprise resource planning software. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for all things ERP. Working alongside the IT Director, you will contribute to the application roadmap, highlighting business process improvement opportunities, and leading enhancement projects. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our ERP systems within our organization.

Our UK-based Systems team is expanding, and we offer a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
