Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a motivated problem-solver with a passion for technology and excellent customer service. You should have: - Hands-on experience with ADSL/VDSL/FTTC/FTTP/SoGea/Ethernet IP networking. - Skills in DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, and VOIP. - Experience in installing and troubleshooting routers and wireless Access Points. - An understanding of Wi-Fi protocols. - Familiarity with remote tools such as Team Viewer and RDP. - Knowledge of PBX systems (e.g., Panasonic, Samsung, Horizon). - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Detail-oriented approach with excellent task prioritization. - Experience in end-user support and training. - A proactive mindset for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the go-to person for advanced technical problems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex Tier 1 escalations. - Providing support across software, hardware, and networking platforms. - Delivering remote cloud-based telephony installations. - Managing service upgrades and additional customer provisions. - Offering technical guidance and onboarding for new users. - Configuring and supporting broadband, routers, Wi-Fi, and hosted voice systems. - Collaborating closely with the team to meet performance goals. - Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and training. - Staying up to date with product changes through regular training.
