Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator who possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID. You should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically with VMs, networking, storage, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and related technologies is essential, along with experience using backup and disaster recovery tools such as Veeam and Azure Backup. Ideally, you should have a proactive approach to system monitoring, automation, and documentation, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar infrastructure support role.
Responsibilities
As our IT Infrastructure Administrator, I will rely on you to provide infrastructure support across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, backup, and security platforms. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical incidents with minimal disruption and maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure through patching, monitoring, and performance tuning. Additionally, you will manage and support our enterprise security solutions, including Fortinet, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Mimecast. Your contribution to disaster recovery planning and testing will be crucial, as will your documentation of processes, incident resolutions, and technical procedures.
