Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in developing automation solutions from ideation through to deployment. You should have experience with CI/CD tooling, as well as in developing pipelines and scripts. Proficiency in Terraform is essential, along with experience in automating solutions into public cloud providers, and a solid understanding of Linux and Git version control. Additionally, having a Microsoft Azure certification, knowledge of PowerShell, Kubernetes, Ansible, Python, Visual Studio Code, and Windows Server with associated infrastructure (e.g., Active Directory) is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation. Your main responsibilities will include designing and developing standardized delivery pipelines for application teams to utilize in deploying infrastructure. As the subject matter expert (SME) for infrastructure automation, you will integrate other firm toolings, such as Service Now, for provisioning services and will design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems. You will also develop and maintain cloud solutions in line with best practices, work closely with Infrastructure, Application, and Security Architects during the conception of new solutions, and proactively identify, analyze, and resolve cloud infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues. You will be expected to provide cloud support to other IT teams and make recommendations based on their requirements.
