Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Architect with a strong background in designing, developing, and integrating solutions into AWS or Azure. You should possess the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team, while also acting as a focal point for key external stakeholders. A deep understanding of engineering and service management methodologies is essential, along with the capability to derive and manage technical requirements. Proficiency in public cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and database technologies (MySQL, Oracle) is required. Knowledge of Python and ETL tooling would be highly beneficial. Eligibility to undergo SC Clearance is required for this role.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will manage a team of Architects and lead the technical design of services and solutions. You will work closely with the delivery function and technical specialists on a wide range of data solutions, providing assurance around the design. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the solutions are secure, align with relevant standards, and meet agreed customer requirements. Additionally, we will emphasize maximizing automation across delivered solutions.
Description
We promote a hybrid working environment, allowing for 3 days on site and 2 days off site. We offer a competitive base salary of up to £100,000, supplemented with private healthcare, a pension contribution matched up to 8%, and other flexible benefits.
