Must:
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience in simulation or a similar field, along with a proven record of accomplishment in delivering software or hardware solutions. You should be familiar with project definition and management using agile principles, including planning, milestones, and critical path. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are essential, as well as stakeholder influence and management capabilities. We also value team leadership and people management experience. The ability to manage requirements and change effectively, along with a proactive approach to managing and mitigating risks, is crucial.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will lead the delivery and development of simulation components for weapons systems using an agile methodology. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers, leveraging advancements in synthetic environments to enable systems exploration and development. Your role will entail delivering innovative solutions while utilizing the latest technologies to support the entire project lifecycle, representing and simulating weapon systems through both software and hardware.
