Responsibilities
As the Software Developer Team Leader, I will be managing a team of 6-8 Front Office developers who are engaged in cutting-edge sales and trading projects with a specific focus on derivatives. I will work directly with the front office desks to ensure successful project delivery. This role allows me to make a real impact and have a voice in shaping strategies, projects, and systems while building a strong team around me. I will also have full ownership of the successful software delivery from inception to deployment for the complete Front Office Derivatives Technology Stack.

The position focuses on leading a small team of software developers in a hybrid work environment. The role offers a competitive base salary with additional bonuses and pension. We are looking for an agile and versatile hands-on specialist and team manager with extensive expertise in Java and .Net, particularly in the area of Derivatives.
