Must:
We are seeking a strategic technologist with deep experience in AI/ML, and exposure to LLMs is preferred but not required. You should be able to balance hands-on delivery with influencing at the highest levels of our organization. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will lead in fast-paced, change-heavy environments. Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, or other regulated industries, is highly desirable. We are also open to candidates aiming to step up into their first Head or Director-level role, provided you demonstrate clear leadership presence and capability.
Responsibilities
As the Director of Data & AI, you will lead the restructuring and governance of enterprise data to enable AI-driven insights. You'll identify and deliver high-value AI/ML use cases, particularly in drug development and commercial strategy. Building internal AI capability while overseeing and challenging external vendors will be part of your duties. You will translate complex technical insights into compelling business narratives for senior stakeholders and act as a thought leader, helping shape the broader data and digital strategy across the business.
