Group IT Systems and Infrastructure Manager

- Define and implement the Group IT roadmap in alignment with the business strategy. - Assess existing systems and prioritize technology initiatives and projects. - Allocate resources and track progress with internal and external stakeholders. - Build and manage a Group-wide Microsoft 365 tenancy across multiple domains. - Standardize platform configuration and enforce governance and security policies. - Enable seamless collaboration, identity and access management, and application integration. - Manage third-party applications, such as Sage HR, Sage 200, Concur, HubSpot, and D365 CRM. - Lead the integration of IT platforms from acquired businesses into the Group infrastructure. - Coordinate secure and compliant data migrations and system cutovers. - Optimize platform performance, simplify collaboration, and reduce duplication. - Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations. - Oversee troubleshooting, upgrades, and business-as-usual (BAU) system administration. - Manage Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other vendors to meet SLAs and performance targets. - Enforce policies that support regulatory compliance and IT security. - Develop and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. - Monitor risk, conduct audits, and implement remediation actions as needed. - Lead IT projects through their lifecycle, including scoping, budgeting, and delivery. - Track project performance using KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. - Report against Operational and Capital Expenditure budgets, ensuring effective use of resources. - Work closely with stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Service Delivery to align systems with needs. - Provide training and adoption support for new systems and processes. - Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and digital enablement across the organization.
