Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications
- Fundamental networking knowledge
- Experience with printers and print management
- Capability in payment service and PDQ installation
- Proficiency in mobile phone setup and management
- High level of technical skills around printing, terminals, and laptops
- Basic knowledge of all key infrastructure elements
- Full Driving License and car
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all core IT equipment, including networking, at Profit Centres, Service Centres, and Credit Offices.
- Provide appropriate assistance, advice, and support to internal customers in a field-based role.
- Visit remote Profit Centres based on a defined schedule and generate reports from each visit.
- Participate in completing service desk tickets as assigned by the Service Desk manager.
Description
We are looking for an IT Field Service Engineer to join our national trade retail group. This role offers a competitive salary between £30,000 and £35,000, along with a car allowance and profit share.
