Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have strong full stack development skills, including backend expertise with Python and RESTful APIs (preferably FastAPI), as well as front end proficiency with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You should also possess a good knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, Git, GitHub, and public cloud (Azure preferred) is essential. We value individuals who enjoy taking ownership and working with autonomy, are comfortable making architectural decisions, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, you will be a founding member of our team, where you will design and build scalable end-to-end solutions for our AI-driven platform. Your role will involve taking features from concept to production, enhancing the front end experience by creating responsive user interfaces with React.js, and leading backend development with an emphasis on scalability and performance using Python and FastAPI. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the use of DevOps and CI/CD workflows, managing deployments to Azure, and maintaining robust data management systems with PostgreSQL.
