Requirements
Must:
- I have experience in a similar EUC, Desktop support, or service desk role.
- I possess strong expertise with Microsoft Intune, particularly in device enrollment and lifecycle management for Windows, iOS, and Android.
- I have experience creating and deploying device configuration management and compliance policies.
- I am skilled in application packaging (Win32) and deployment, and I am familiar with Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device provisioning.
- I am collaborative and pragmatic, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- I hold SC Clearance or have the ability to obtain it (I must be a British citizen who has been continually based in the UK for the past 5 years, due to the nature of some public sector clients).
Responsibilities
- As an EUC Engineer, I will enable clients to work securely and productively from anywhere.
- I will troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and manage device lifecycles through Microsoft Intune.
- I will support modern collaboration platforms and ensure that client devices are compliant, secure, and configured according to best practices in a dynamic, multi-client MSP environment.
- I will serve as the go-to person for endpoint management, ensuring high standards of service and security.
Description
I am seeking a Microsoft Intune specialist who is looking to progress their career by joining a scaling UK tech consultancy as a key member of the managed services team. I offer flexible work options, allowing me to work from home most of the time and meet colleagues in the Accrington office twice a week, with occasional client visits to London. Additionally, please note that I am likely to move the office to Preston in the coming months. In my role as an EUC Engineer (Microsoft Intune), I will receive a competitive package, including a salary up to £55,000, pension, healthcare benefits, regular social events, and career growth opportunities.
