Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with experience in project management and software implementation. A strong knowledge of cloud solutions, hardware, and operating systems is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously, and we value being organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
As an Implementation & Project Specialist, I will lead software implementation and system installation projects from kick-off to closure. I will manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications while providing training to customers on our software systems and post-implementation support. Additionally, I will troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery, all while building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
