Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with 2–5 years of experience in MES implementation, industrial automation, manufacturing IT, or process engineering. You should have hands-on experience with manufacturing systems integration, including ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT, or similar technologies. A strong understanding of manufacturing operations, particularly within the food processing or packaging sectors, is essential. You should be confident in working directly with clients and managing both technical and functional aspects of projects. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, etc.) is important, along with an understanding of networking and data integration between shop-floor and cloud systems. Proficiency in SQL databases and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, is required. Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based system environments, along with practical experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, is also expected.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing MES solutions for our clients, primarily in the food processing and manufacturing sectors. Key responsibilities include analyzing and documenting client manufacturing processes, line setups, and system integrations. You will identify operational challenges and translate business needs into MES requirements and configurations. Your tasks will also involve building and configuring client environments in Microsoft Azure, establishing data connections between the MES core system, PLC/SCADA equipment, IoT devices, and third-party systems like ERP, WCS, or QMS. Additionally, you will configure system elements, conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting before go-live. Providing on-site and remote user training and post-implementation technical support, while acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal technical teams, will be critical to your success.
