Requirements
Must:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in software delivery.
- A portfolio showcasing software delivery experience across various project areas, demonstrating comfort in working with a range of customers and within a software engineering team.
- A varied IT project management-related background, preferably with experience in technology and interacting with customers at all levels.
- Experience in Organisational Change Management through significant change initiatives.
- Proven success in Project Management, particularly in running complex projects with evidence of budget oversight.
- A Project Management qualification is desirable, such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of specific software projects, ensuring effective collaboration within the project delivery team.
- Develop and deploy plans to achieve project deliverables, maintaining progress in line with objectives.
- Work on software implementation projects as part of the software engineering team, servicing both the UK and global markets.
- Utilize allocated resources to ensure successful delivery of projects concerning time, cost, and quality.
- Manage project scope, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and changes effectively.
Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Project Manager with strong software delivery and project management experience. You will predominantly focus on software delivery (90%), along with the occasional IT infrastructure and business change project. This newly created role will involve managing projects from inception to completion while collaborating with teams located in the UK and around the globe.
