Requirements
Must:
- You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Central London.
- Experience as a QA lead.
- Proficient in Agile testing and test automation using various accelerator tools.
- Knowledge of Selenium C# with BDD framework using Specflow, and API Automation.
- Experience implementing Selenium Grid.
- Strong understanding of applying appropriate test measurements and metrics.
Responsibilities
- I will take a leadership position in automation, collaborating with Architects and Scrum team members to clarify requirements and ensure testability, allowing for effective automation.
- I will provide feedback on both functional and technical design.
- I will innovate using the latest tools and processes to enhance QA functional, manual, and automation testing.
- I will document best practices and mentor junior team members.
- I will work on frameworks to ensure continuous deployment and continuous integration.
- I will develop new proofs-of-concept for QA Automation, focusing on continual improvements.
- I will engage frequently with senior levels of business leadership.
- I will work independently under minimal managerial supervision.
- I will deliver assigned work by applying established procedures and frameworks.
- I will define the roadmap in collaboration with Portfolio/IT managers and drive alignment across all stakeholders.
