Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges. You should bring:
- Proven experience in business analysis or change delivery.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or root cause analysis.
- Strong process mapping and playbook creation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
As a Change Analyst, you'll play a key role in assessing, implementing, and embedding business change across multiple functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Gathering: Leading workshops, stakeholder engagement, and research to define and document business requirements.
- Project Delivery: Supporting project managers to define outcomes, success metrics, and track progress against key milestones.
- Risk Management: Maintaining RAID logs, escalating risks, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's risk framework.
- Data & Process Analysis: Conducting analysis and root cause investigations to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Developing storyboards, process maps, and visual materials to communicate change effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Business Readiness: Supporting implementation planning through process documentation, training materials, and go/no-go checklists.
