Must:
We are looking for candidates with a background in IT support, particularly those who have experience working with iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac, as well as Windows hardware and meeting room technology. Previous experience in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing users’ laptops is highly beneficial. Additionally, prior experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, providing both reactive and proactive maintenance support, is desirable.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will include logging and tracking end users’ incidents while working within service level agreements (SLAs). You will identify recurring issues and challenges that end users are experiencing, raising these matters with the relevant teams for further investigation. Your goal will be to ensure users receive swift resolutions to their IT queries or problems, providing proactive, customer-focused, face-to-face onsite support.
